Overview

RepMapper operates this website and the RepMapper iOS app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through both, how we use it, and how to contact us with privacy questions.

Information we collect on the website

We collect information you choose to send us through the waitlist form or email, such as your name, email address, company or role, and any note you include. Waitlist submissions are stored so we can operate early access and contact you about RepMapper.

Our hosting provider and related service providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, and timestamps for security, reliability, analytics, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Information we collect in the iOS app

When you use RepMapper on iPhone, we may collect:

• Account and profile information — such as your name, email address, and sign-in credentials if you create an account.
• Account and visit data you enter — customer or prospect names, addresses, business hours, visit duration, priority, notes, check-in outcomes, and daily visit plans.
• Location information — your chosen start location, account locations, and device location when you grant permission, used to display stops on a map, optimize routes, and open directions in Apple Maps.
• App usage and diagnostics — such as app version, device type, operating system version, crash logs, and performance data to keep the app reliable and secure.

You control much of this information through what you enter in the app and through iOS permission prompts for location access.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the website and app.
• Create and optimize visit plans, routes, and day summaries.
• Sync your account and visit data across app sessions and devices tied to your account.
• Manage early-access / waitlist requests and related product updates.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the product.
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot our services.
• Comply with law and enforce our agreements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and app, host infrastructure, send email, provide mapping or routing services, process analytics or crash reporting, protect against abuse, or support business operations. When you choose to open directions, Apple Maps handles navigation under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Location choices

RepMapper requests location access only when needed for mapping, routing, and navigation features. You can change location permissions anytime in iOS Settings. Some features may not work without location access.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the waitlist form to help prevent automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information such as IP address and browser data as described in Cloudflare's documentation. Waitlist notification emails are sent using Resend. This static marketing site does not currently include advertising trackers. If we add analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tools later, we will update this policy as appropriate.

Retention

We keep contact messages and related records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage business relationships, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. Email hello@repmapper.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond as required by applicable law.

You can also delete account-related data by following the instructions on our Support page.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last updated.
